November 25, 2008 - Rio Grande River of Lights on El Camino Real

Beginning November 29 and throughout the month of December, the Rio Grande Botanic Garden in Albuquerque on the El Camino Real and Historic Route 66 National Scenic Byways invites visitors to enjoy New Mexico’s largest walk-through light show.

Explore a dazzling array of sculptures and displays designed by Albuquerque BioPark artists and craftsmen. Look out for a collection of glass snowmen lighted by fiber optics on the plaza. Bring in your own skates and glide across the ice skating rink nearby.
